B. Hall, and Plaistow Police Department Chief John Santoro announce further information related to the May 18, 2025, suspicious death in Plaistow, New Hampshire. At approximately 6:13am, officers of the Plaistow Police Department responded to a residence on Old County Road in Plaistow in response to a 911 call. Upon entering the home, Plaistow Police discovered Margaret Jasmin (age 39) lying on the ground, deceased. She appeared to have suffered from a stab wound. Upon searching the house, Plaistow Police also encountered Margaret Jasmin's spouse, Reya N. Jasmin (age 36). Reya Jasmin was only partially responsive and appeared to be suffering from several injuries. Reya Jasmin was transported to a hospital. A child who lived at the home was physically uninjured and is safe at this time.
